I bike to a High School track to train for the fastest mile on a space hopper Guinness World Record I'm trying to break. High schoolers watch me make a fool of myself. I find out space hopping really works your back and hip flexers. Also I'm totally not going to break the record. I film a video for the song I wrote about my mom and "I Found Cash in my Coat" for Life The Musical. Eric and Julia come over to write some tunes. I bike to business drinks... with a shirt on!
