  5. My first thought... cutting board.  The sheet is the right shape, it looks thick enough to protect the countertop, and if destroyed by overuse, you can simply melt it back down to make a new one.

  7. You should try this again with a heat gun. It may get hotter than an oven, but you have a lot more control with one.

  14. I you drill a small hole in the drip parts and put a cord through that you could make a really sweet necklace
  15. the second one could be a chopping boared
  16. I'm just a tad bit late with this comment but you could always use one of the thick sheets as a cutting board for cooking

  20. You could have used a heat gun to slowly and evenly warm it up and mold it down
