Curry Travels

Comments

  1. You can lift your foot just can't put it back down just like a step through lol
  2. Tough real time calls to make. You know who else built a career on refs being unable to make real-time calls?

    Hakeem Olajuwon

At least 1/5 of the time when he has his back to the basket and turns in, he gathers the ball before his "non-pivot" foot leaves the ground... and when he does, that makes that his pivot foot, and he jumps off of it, THEN gathers, THEN both feet return to the ground.

Technically, a travel... but also a VERY hard call to make without slow-motion review.

Hakeem fails on the timing of his gather about 20% of the time, but never gets called on it because refs are human.

So... for those of you hating on Curry for getting the "star treatment", you're going to have to retroactively diminish the legacy of Hakeem Olajuwon, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Lebron James, James Harden, Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, etc...

As a matter of fact, Steve nash has said in interviews that he had certain slights of hand (so to speak) that would be travels... and the man guarding him would know it, but he would do them at such an angle that refs aren't likely to catch it. He would exploit these situations by pumpfaking, taking the extra step, drawing help D, and dishing. Nash was actually the mad scientist of exploiting refs.

Y'all haters ready to come after the legacy of every player that was often the beneficiary of missed calls?

Cough cough!... Michael Jordan... Cough cough!
  3. travel agreed
  4. bro some of those where heso and he never collect the ball
  5. curry travels more than southwest airlines. If I could travel and carry the ball as much as he does I would be MVP too
  6. its different when his feet were never set learn basketball
  7. You can't expect refs to make some of these calls.
