  1. Average speed: 24.54km/h - 15.25miles/h
  2. my uncle (extreme smoker now) did it in 6:20 when he was 17 XD
  3. Amazing
  4. I run that in 9.40 on a good day.
  5. こいつアホだろ!?!?
  6. Unbelievable. He looks like he's sprint finishing on every lap. It's like that one guy who sprints off at the start at a ridiculous pace just to get a moment of glory, yet he maintained that ridiculous pace for the entire race!!
  7. Great talent + EPO = unbreakable record.
  8. funny thing - I didn't know about this guy before. But I've chose him as the winner on the start. Just see him at 0:19. Really unstoppable look. It's interesting, which number came second.
  9. This is 1 minute slower than my fastest mile and I'm going to try the 3200m this thursday.
  10. The unbreakable record. They have all tried. El G and Geb. They have all failed. Mo Farah should be able to break it but sadly he is only interested in medals.
  11. None of the recent dominant runners have got close to bettering this record - El Guerrouj, Gebreselassie, Bekele, Farah have all fallen short, showing what an astonishing run this really was....
  12. This really is an incredible run as other people have commented. His avg pace for this 3k was 3mins 56 secs, and interestingly his projected time for 2 miles (if he'd continued for another 218 metres would have been approximately 7 minutes 52/ 53 which is well inside his own 2 mile outdoor WR of 7:58:61
  13. That's unbelievable! Impossible is nothing..
  14. 3.55 first mile are you kidding beyond amazing...
  15. i did the 3200m in 8 minutes
  16. Kenenisa Bekele was only 6 sec from this World record.. But a Great Great performance by Daniel Komen here. Hero!!
  17. that's 3:54/mi pace?
  18. Im 14 and I run 3.4 kms in 10:39
  19. More than 17years later this record seems to be everlasting.

Gotta be greatest race of all time.
  20. Is there a general consensus about how many seconds epo can improve your 1500m time? I've heard around 3-5 seconds and then around 45 seconds for a 10k. So geb/bekele and el g/morceli would've been more like 3:32 and 27-27:10 guys?
