2. 35 year old with a spinal injury in a metal suit could be referring to the Man and Iron Man 2 it was testing out a suit and it spun around snapping his spine

8. The guy who had his spine crushed in experimental armor was the hammer guy from IM2. Rhody wasn't in experimental armor. HIs armor was thoroughly out of the experimental phase. Also, Rhody isn't in 35 and his injury is after Doctor Strange's.
9. You mistaken The One Above All with the celestial leader of the same name. The only one above the Living Tribunal is the One Above All - The god of the omniverse who created everything. It is NOT the leader of the celestials(also named One Above All for some reason).

12. dude the lving tribunal is one of the most powerful beings in marvel infact his power is said to be stronger or as strong as the infinity gauntlet,so yeah hes a pretty tough guy.he might appear in infinity wars as thanos wanted to destroy the multiverse and the living tribunals job is to protect it so yeah there definitly will be a scene where we see both of them fight.
