Dr Pimple Popper: A pretty big skin tag...

This is such a sweet, great patient, who shows us a situation I see not uncommonly at the office. People who wait a long time to get a growth looked at, because they may be be a little frightened about getting the growth removed. This is likely a skin tag aka acrochordon or a plexiform neurofibroma (both benign growths), that has grown to quite a large size. I suppose he was able to avoid getting it treated for so long, since it is on an area of the body easily hidden by clothing. I think he was surprised at how simple it was to remove a growth like this. Most of the time, I hear these patients say later: "Wow, why didn't I just do that sooner?" I had almost excatly the same, a skin tag in the same area in the body, but mine was darker like dark brown but not schoshy , i mean it was almost just skin, nothing in side it, i also had it for many years, when i had my tight pants on , it rubbed and it got swollen which led the blood come inside, i removed it yesterday, the doctor said it is a skin tag and she sent it to the laboretory for exmination, i took a piciture of if after removel , she did not use electic pen to burn it though, so i bled yesterday a little bit , i have bandich on right now and i am waiting so it heals .
