This is the Kanji for Kamehameha, I think: 亀破目波: literally "Turtle Rift Wave", "Turtle Destruction Wave", or "Turtle Devastation Wave". 亀破目波=かめはめは! It is also pronounced in chinese as Gui Bo Mu Bo! According to Google Translate, 亀 is Kame"Turtle", 破目 is Hame"Rift, Eye of Destruction/Devastation", and 波 is "Ha/Nami"("Wave").
