1. The dragon is supposed to revive individuals as they were before they died. Freeza was still conscious even in pieces, so that's why he came back like that. Kuririn was in one piece alive, and was dead as dust particles. The plot hole still stands since no one is ever revived with wounds they had before death. Your examples (apart from Tenshinhan) are no good is all.

Rather than bringing up Piccolo's hearing described in the Broly movie to prove your first point, I'd rather bring up the situation in the beginning of the Android Saga, where Trunks described the future and how to counteract the androids. Afterwards, Goku forgot where and when the androids would show up, and—in response—Piccolo repeats the facts to everyone; implying that he heard the entire conversation between Goku and Trunks from what was too far for Vegeta nor the others to hear.

I know Yamcha isn't stronger than Tenshinhan (Yamcha VS Olibu for example is considered filer by most of the DBZ community) but they let MASTER ROSHI fight and all of you should know for a fact that Yamcha is WAY stronger than him. They could have replaced Roshi with him, added Android 18, and the fight would have been just as fine, if not BETTER than the one we got because the characters that would be there would at LEAST make sense.
13. Plot hole for me was that frieza didn't remember that he watched the fight between Goku and majin buu in hell along with all the other bad guys.
14. Uuh, Yamcha IS NOT stronger than Tien. That's not my opinion. It's in the manga. It's goes in this order for humans: Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, Master Roshi.
