WORLD RECORD could not be made because of the lack of counting procedure. The head count could not be verified to be more than 3800 from Okinawa Japan 2016 World Record. Even though there were lot more than 4000 participants but the head count needed to verify every single count. Never happened in 3 hours of struggle.
