Dwayne captured 105 selfies on the red carpet with excited movie fans. Using his smartphone camera, Dwayne snapped photographs of himself alongside fans who lined up to be a part of the exciting record attempt. Guinness World Records adjudicator Mark McKinley ensured that selfie rules were followed, with requirements including the full face and neck of participants being viewable and that the images were focused, with recognisable faces and no blurring. Several selfies were disqualified, but a total of 105 were accepted to acheive the record title. The stars of action thriller San Andreas – including Dwayne Johnson, Alexandra Daddario, Carla Gugino and director Brad Peyton attended the premiere. Johnson stars as a search and rescue helicopter pilot attempting to save his only daughter following a magnitude 9 earthquake in California. 9. This raises the question of what counts as a selfie. I could sit here, point a camera at my face and keep it at a 30fps burst for 3 minutes ... that'd be a lot of selfies.
   The victory photo should have been a selfie, by the way.

    or was this 105 self shot with a different person in the picture each time? meaning it wasn't 105 selfies, it was 105 pictures with someone else.
12. Why 3 minutes? Why not 5 or 1? What makes 3 minutes special enough to be the time frame of this record? Could i get in the book for the most selfies in 2 minutes and then get in it again for the most selfies in 4 minutes?
