e-Cigarette not producing much vapor - the biggest cause

This video demonstrates a common issue we see when customers say they aren't getting much vapor. This is a standard KR808D-1 cartomizer on a KR808D-1 XL battery.

1. That's not my problem, I can create clouds of vapor but now my cig is acting all wonky and isn't producing enough vapor.
2. I need help I have that battery but it's automatic and white and the light on the front of it stopped working and I open that silver piece off the front of the battery and it looks like white acid or something is all over my positive and negative wire on it. any suggestions
