My son was cremated and someone is using his name, but changed from Evan to Evon for a middle name.  I didn't realize until I looked for someone else that that would happen.  The cremation industry needs to be watched more carefully.  This was done in Dallas, TX by a cremator who was Mexican who was given the contract by the Dallas Crematorium.  My son's name and info showed up on a locator that I signed up for and showed a black person instead of my son, who was white.
