Fallout 4 Far Harbor - All New Settlement Locations

Going through the new settlements added in the Far Harbor DLC. Where they are, spoiler-free direction on how to get them and finally my thoughts for each one. 1. I was wondering if there is any settlers/traders we can find in Far Harbour, like Rylee or the Vault Tech guy, I haven't found any yet other than Longfellow...
2. in my far harbor there is grass floating over the ocean near old Longfellow's cabin.

8. Talked to Mitch and he didn't say anything regarding the fourth settlement. What gives?
9. Colur me disappointed the double drive theater is not a base it would have been an awesome place.
10. I find it weird dave wants to get rid of one of the major features and interesting/mysterious qualities of the island. There should atleast be a mode where it gets rid of the fog within the build area and buildable fog condensers, you can't really get rid of the fog in the island cause it's apart of the island.

12. is there anyway to get these settlements without the quests? i may have killed everyone in far harbor by letting the fog in...

16. oh wow, far harbor looks so beautiful! the settlement locations look so much better than most of the base game ones. Guess I have to get far harbor and relocate my homebase there.^^
17. ...well now I've noticed the junk fence. I was so focused on the rest of the visitor center and just assumed that part was taken care of. I guess I'm not done with it just yet...
