2. Damn near positive you can use R1 and R2 to rotate items, instead of using the pool table for instance to rotate the cue. Lemme check
3. is this on ps4. i know it says so but wanted to clarify.. and how did you manage to make such an extensive settlement.. last i played it was when it first came out on pc and there was a limitation to how much could be placed.. only mods fixed that to an extent.

10. you can build some kind of radio tower that collects random settleers. its like the main thing u do as a Minuteman is build the tower after you clear the settlement
