13. There's a difference between a 'crack' which is when a tired voice fails and you recover quickly. That's not intentional.
    A 'flip' is when you pop your voice on purpose to the next octave, the 3rd, 5th, etc. It's totally controlled and practiced for the enhancement of the song. Beyoncé does it often, and it's intentional. It's a way to flip through the melody and your range.
