Fastest Time To Eat A Bowl Of Pasta Rules: 1. Pasta must be 100 grams pre cooked, must use at least 50 grams of sauce 2. All pasta must enter the mouth using a fork 3. Bowl cannot be picked up at any point and must remain on a flat surface 4. All pasta must be eaten 5. Water is allowed to be used during the attempt.
