I'd like to say this whole Cheetos thing has gotten out of control, but this recipe not only makes sense to do, but also is a great recipe for mozzarella sticks substituting flaming hot Cheetos in place of Italian bread crumbs. Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better) 2.) Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder 3.) Wet Mix: 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/4 Cup Franks Red Hot 4.) Coat Cheese Stick in Dry, then in Wet, back in Dry, back in Wet and then into the Hot Cheetos TIP: Don't touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the bowl to coat the Cheese Stick 5.) Freeze these for 30 minutes minimum 6.)
