17. Actually, the calorie restriction studies went further. Come to find out it's not exactly calorie restriction that seems to be doing the trick, it plays a part but not the total story. It's actually the restriction of a specific amino acid that seems to be leading to longer life. If I remember right, it's methionine, which is mostly found in MEAT. It's also found in things like nuts, dairy, eggs, and beans.
    
    As for lemon juice and detoxing, that's debatable. Someone once told me to do a detox, mix lemon juice from fresh lemons with grade b maple syrup (real maple syrup) and consume it as the only food intake for a week or so. I tried it once for a few days but dang that's difficult. Not sure I would suggest it.
