Gainesville fourth-grader shatters 5K world record -

Florida Running & Triathlon] For nearly four months, one determined Gainesville fourth-grader has fallen just short of the 5K world record for her age group. On April 12, with her entire family there for the first time to cheer her on, Ani finally achieved her goal at the Betty Griffin House 5K in St. Augustine. Her time, 18 minutes and 47 seconds, beat the previous record by a full 18 seconds. http://flrunning.com/

  2. She is only running like 2 miles per day
  3. OMG! She goes to my school (Talbot Elementary) and I have her email. Go Ani!
  4. Haha she is gonna burn out when she is like 13, 610 miles is insane for a 4th grader, surprised she didnt get injured.
