George Hood's 9 Minute Drill



This is a demonstration of a supplemental core conditioning and upper body exercise to facilitate muscular endurance. The exercise is demonstrated by George Hood, an tra endurance athlete and a 9x world record holder. The drill consist of pushups, plank and up/down's repeated consecutively over 3 sets. The drill is 9 minutes of continuous movement. Any rest is taken in the "up" position.
