  3. One of the best games I've ever witnessed
  4. love that call
  5. The thing is Uconn seemed to peak too early that year. They had a tough game against Kentucky in the 2nd Rd, needed overtime to beat Washington in the Rd of 16 and found themselves in overtime again here. Come to think of it they lost to Syracuse in the BE quarterfinals, another OT game. The Final Eight was respectable. Don't think they would have gotten past Florida that year. GMU had a great run.
  6. I'm on the current 2016 basketball team for Mason they have the talent to make another historic run
  7. Greatest Cinderella run of all-time!
  8. A decade ago, and I remember it like it was yesterday. One of the greatest Cinderella stories ever. They would finally lose to eventual champion Florida in the Final Four.

I thought UConn probably had the best team in the country that year. What an improbable run by George Mason. They set the table for VCU & Butler later.
