  1. those train the muscle dress not the muscle function.
  2. I have bad/weak knees. Which of the two should I choose front or back squats? Why?
  3. Never trust a PT who hides their legs under long pants.
  4. I personally disagree with a few things this trainer is saying but... I don't want to be that guy raging over YouTube for my information to be wrong... I also think that guy in the red vest doesn't have a wife... just saying
  5. good explanation vince
  6. Hey Vince is there an alternative for the hack squat? And also I'm kinda a skinny person will this workout help me gain mass as well?
  7. Very poor demonstration on the front squats. You actually need to go down on them. On back squats you can go back (don`t have to) Front Squatting like this makes you either bent your upper back or make you drop the bar. The upper body needs to stay upright. Other then that. Killer leg workout.
  8. wоow!
  9. eеехсcсеllent
  10. Bait and Switch
  11. good advice. definitely some stuff to take away from this video.
  12. I get distracted when I'm at the gym so I close my eyes when doing certain workouts that don't include balance. This puts me in a focusing stat where I'd complete all my reps and more without knackering.

Shutting down one sense, which is sight, to increase the others in this case, "touch" will help you feel and locate which muscles you're working out.

I find that I do more reps when my eyes are closed than having them open.
  13. its fun to see they shake hands after each set.
  14. very good men
  15. Small guy giving advise how to get big quads don't make sense
  16. Small guy giving advice on how to get big.. Yeah, that's gonna work.
  17. Controlling my movement on my way down during my squats, I need to work on that. But I'm definitely adding front squats into my leg routine. And also, we dont have a squat hack machine at our gym, so I hope a leg press will do. I just need to work on not straightening my legs as I push upwards though, keep the weight on my legs. Awesome advice, I'm happy I found this video😊
  18. leg press brah
  19. how do i focus on the quads instead of the hamstring?
