6. Lel I was playing the game and my car was so near like where the little oval on the map above the location it was not there but it was nighttime so it made sense

13. I need one of these, I'm pretty sure that if you get a car to the mod shop in time, it won't tell you it's "hot"

15. If you want a real rare tow truck play the mission "Scouting the Port" and right before the end of the mission when Trevor picks up a brief case, to the right of entrance there is a Large Tow Truck with a unique color scheme and a lisence plate reads "5T3ALM3" which translates to "Steal Me"!
16. There is also one in the Los Santos Customs parking lot near the airport.
