Guinness World Record is accepting submissions for a trampoline challenge right now so I thought I'd give it a try: http://challengers.guinnessworldrecords.com/challenges/203-most-seat-drops-in-1-minute-trampoline/attempts/3140 The current record for the most seat drops in one minute is 49. It was harder than I expected! Challenge rules (according to Guinness): - A seat drop is defined as: From the standing up position, the performer must land in a flat sitting position, with the hands being placed on the mat beside the hips and from that position returning to the standing up one by propelling him/herself with the hands. - A standard size, commercially available, and unmodified trampoline should be used for this attempt. - Only seat drops judged to be completed within the one-minute period and correctly performed will count towards the record.
