   I just signed up to try and set a record. There's a whole set of rules
   that explains why just posting a youtube video like this won't get you
   recognized. You need 2 independent witnesses, 2 "experienced" timekeepers with stopwatches accurate to 0.01 seconds, and video and photography from different angles. That's before you get to the tons of paper work you have to fill out.
   
   Breaking records may simple enough, but the amount of effort and time it takes to get recognized unfortunately isn't.
