I know many breeders of exotics so it is not difficult to find what you want. I have 7.5 acres with horses etc, so I don't notice the smell :) I do hose their cage out 2x a day and keep it swept up and clean daily so it helps . They are really not dirty animals.. you can see them grooming a lot.. and no I don't bath them
