How to Make a Filet-O-Fish

Subscribe to Hungry for more of the best culinary videos on the web! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=theofficialhungry Follow on Twitter! https://Twitter.com/HungryYouTube  And check us out on Facebook! http://Facebook.com/HungryYouTube * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Filet-o-Fish 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sweet relish 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 4 frozen fish fillet patties, square shape if possible 4 soft hamburger buns 8 slices American cheese 1.Combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, dried onion, lemon juice, salt and sugar in bowl and reserve. 2.Cook fish fillets to package instructions. 3.Toast bun in a pan, remove and immediately place 2 slices of cheese on the bottom of the bun, allowing it to melt slightly. Top with a warm fillet-o-fish and spread tartar sauce on top.

1. BS. You absolutely do not use sweet relish. You use dill relish. And you absolutely do not add sugar to the tartar sauce. And you absolutely do not grill the bun in a pan. It is steamed. So what you made is a fish sandwich. Calling it a Filet-O-Fish is false.

16. This is not a recipe. It's pretty obvious that if you want a fish sandwich, all you have to do us put a piece of fish between two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese on top.
