  14. He also trained properly. Note his lats, they go straight down to the obliques. Some body builders today have so much mass on their upper backs but it looks like they forgot to train the lower lumbar regions. As the lat muscles only end halfway down the back- Same for biceps. Arnold trained his so that the biceps started at the top of the lower arm.There was no gap between the end of the bisect and the top of the low arm. Every muscle was its full length.And they all trained to perfection.
