Just asking, so what I need yo do?! I have large legs and that's what makes me run fast. I do 60m in 6 seconds. But I'm going to do a competition with other schools and I'd like to run faster. Any help? Should I make bigger steps? Flat or toe land? It is okay to move my arms to get speed? I will really like some advice 😫😫 (I'm 14)
Double standards are practically taking over the comments section... If they made of the black girls, people would be a lot less tolerant. Also, they ALL did great-- it takes a lot of hard work, determination, and courage for them to be able to do this. :)

Also I'm offended by the comments made about gender and race in this thread. We all matter. Regardless of race or gender. Neither of which should dictate our dreams, wishes, and desires. The only person stopping you from doing your thing, is you. If a White girls got in this heat, that means she earned her position, just like dem African American girls. Just because an African American girl can run fast track, it doesn't make her a man. Just because women that run track, usually are slim with more of a slender athletic shape, doesn't make her less of woman because she doesn't have large breast. Or it doesn't make her unattractive either. It makes her an athlete, running track. Would the same be said of men that run track? No because media saturates the dictation of a woman to be a shapely with large boobs and big butts. Wait 5mins. So if I have don't have those physical attributes, I'm not worthy of attaining happiness. People please stop and think before you post.
