2. The North Koreans don't have the capacity to produce a highly enriched hydrogen bomb. Only US, China, and Russia have that capacity to any large degree.
   
   North Korea probably has the capacity to produce a dirty bomb with a low yield. But that is still plenty enough to be worried about. You're talking maybe the yield close to that of Hiroshima which is nothing to sneeze at.
   
   Any talk of the use of nuclear weapons should be taken seriously. The ones with the most to lose however certainly are the South Koreans. The thought of being only minutes away from annihilation.
   
   Must weigh on people's minds but what really can you do. Besides going on with your life and hope for the best. :/

17. I don't remember exactly. I think tsar bomba was around 5 megaton. first it was actually made to be 10 megaton. but they realized it would be too big. hence the half size drop. still biggest in history.
