  1. HE never skipped leg day
  2. Brought here by Brian Shaw
  3. Brian Shaw just beat this, with 200kg bodyweight lol
  4. Fucking awesome. Mental agression harnessed for a row.
  5. looks i have work to do, my best split is only 1:18. But considering im 14 i think its ok
  6. This is the ugliest thing i've ever seen...
  7. Has anyone ever pulled a sub 1:00 split?
  8. wat
  9. I hope that erg was 18
  10. Poor form. The legs should at least reach a 90 degree bend at the knee (that's what a proper squat is)
  11. What is the damper setting on machine? so annoying to find out the settings for pro indor rowers without a lecture on the subject...
  12. I literally got 13.8 the other day but only a peak split of 1:05. I imagine the starting system makes the time slower???
  13. No way! :O That's really good!
  14. got broken today at irish indoors..13.6
  15. Well, your weakest part of your leg drive is the start. That's why really deep squats are much harder than the last 25%. Trust me, really short leg drives work for sprints.
  16. i do 20 segs, i'm 14 years old and using all my legs
  17. yea man thats good. I did that at your age and now i can get down to 1:06 splits
  18. im 15 140lbs and go sub 7 mins on a 2k
  19. @Thelamjacky2, stop trolling everywhere please, you literally commented on every rowing video asking about your bs times that no one cares about! For one your time is obviously nonsense and fake for a 14 year old. And secondly asking when doing 100m 1.5 seconds slower than the world record if it's good? Isn't that self explanatory?
  20. his time would have been worse actually go and try for yourself fact is if you want to sprint fast at this machine then you use less legs and keep the momentum going by pulling as fast as possible
