18. He's not natural. Look at pics from him when he was younger after he'd have been lifting a year or two, he was much smaller. You don't build the same amount of muscle mass every year as a natural bodybuilder, and yet he somehow put on another 40 pounds of muscle even after having lifting a few years.
    
    If someone has insane genetics for bodybuilding you can usually always tell within the first year.
