  10. this comment section full of hopes and dreams..but I've seen non posted the result after the "Lets do this day 1" or "we can do this guys day 2", how does it ends? gave up or already trying other method? or even better, do they just go with the flow, shaming a couple of week in summer rather than have to work hard in 3 or 4 month.

  14. I can't even do this, my first day I had to stop, I am literally so unfit and it makes me cry, but I am pushing myself to do it everyday until I can do it without stopping.
