  2. This Six pack abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is quite excessive guide. I think this book is very helpful for individuals who wants to slim down and have a six-pack abs simultaneously.   11. I have a lot of stubborn belly fat so if i do sit-ups or crunches my belly will blow up. I usually avoid crunches and substitute them for push-ups. its best to do a lot of cardio to get rid of belly fat rather than sit-ups

  19. I find this 6 pack abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) really excessive. To lose your weight and make your belly six-pack it is very helpful book I think. I almost lose Three pounds weight with in Ten days. I find this very helpful. I just followed this comprehensive guide and achieve a toned abs. You must try this book too.

Getting 6-pack abs is much easier if you are physically fit and you utilize several of the guide’s special techniques.
