Testing the sub on toyota tacoma 2013 just installed the kicker hideaway perfect for a truck don't have enough space Kicker 09ZISL Z-Series Speaker Level .5 Male 1 Female ROHS Compliant Twisted Pair Audio Scosche Loc80 2-Channel Adjustable Lineout Converter only if your running factory headunit.

1. I have one in both my cars... it gives just the right amount of bass. Clean bass if you adjust it correctly.
2. This is perfect for sedans, hatchbacks, and suvs if you want to maintain hauling space. Is it going to blow away a standard 10inch sub and amp combo? No. But it's surprising how much bass comes from this. Especially if you use aftermarket and or premium door speakers and tweeters.
3. that subwoofer looks like a joke, but once u turn it on, it sounds like a real subwoofer

Just installed the Kicker HS8 under the front seat of my 2014 Jeep JK.  It really changed the sound for the better - much more punch than I expected from an 8" subwoofer.  This subwoofer won't make your car throb at stoplights, but it will give you that solid thud that's missing from the stock system.
10. It's garbage! Had to sell mine a week after I installed it on my Nissan frontier and it's really weak! I end up getting the bazooka basetube which fit under the rear left seat and sounded louder and clear bass.
