You're ignorant. helmet to helmet is never OK. There are many ways you can prevent it. Plus this was obviously a cross check. I don't care about hard hits as long as they are carried out to obtain the ball. Not like the neanderthal in this video.

I work with Brian, they guy who was hit. He used to be a male model, you can probably tell by his profile picture. I get lost in his eyes every day I see him. Any way, this hit was lame, Brian has been hit harder by his sister. Fast forward to the future when Brian is making big bucks and this other guy is shining his shoes, maybe Brian will make him jump up and down for his tip since he likes to celebrate illegal hits.

false the team couldve been down by a goal and needed motivation so there was their motivation. I totally agree with you but i mean where im from there are teams with a lot of good and hard hitting lacrosse players and they deliver the blow not only because its awesome but to also help pump up the little guys on the team.
the white player had the ball and as defenders our job is to get the ball away from the other team which the red defenseman accomplished so that hit was actually "necessary". plus people like you saying hits are too hard is what's going to make lacrosse become a game for pussies.
