this is truly amazing !!! If only 5 minutes of plank is a hell lot of pain then i wonder how could be doing 90min of plank !!!
The most random part of the video was the singing because I at first was wondering if they were doing two record breaking at the same time LOLOL and was thinking, "I hope them doing that doesn't distract her from what she is doing"..

Maybe the fact that she's missing certain muscles in those critical areas that effect the plank gave her the advantage! She didn't have all those muscles to get fatigued! She's inspiring!!
