heres my new world record on london 2012 , let me know if you have beaten it but without a video i wont believe you lol so make sure you record it with fraps and then decode it with virtualdub to make the file alot smaller without losing quality , oh and dont forget to try lowering resolution so fraps appeares as 60 in red when recording seems to work alot better for longer throws
