longest handstand

longest handstand and i love to do the handstand challenge I will work harder and try to improve and beat my own record but the same time you never want to forget about the present so just enjoy the journey and destination will come. holding longer handstand is a challenge but to be the one to hold the longest handstand even more challenge than you can't even imagine. Do what you Love and Love what you Do. For me being on my hand is a happiness place on earth. the time that I can be by myself and Know my heart. this is my own personal record for the longest handstand.

1. I can do handstand for like 30 secs but then I have big headache or too much blood in my head any tips?
2. Shit men! thats a really long one :O how did you improve your time? I can only do a handstand for 50 secs or so thats my top mark
