  1. Is grapeseed flour good for this recipe
  2. oh yeah look at those steamed buns!! haha
  3. I noticed quite a few people asking for substitutions for the coconut flakes. My humble non-professional opinion would be to use ground almonds instead of coconut flakes and almond flour instead of coconut flour. You get the same breading crunch, minus the coconut taste. Fish and nuts pair beautifully with each other! If you are allergic to nuts, you can always just change the flakes to Panko, which is still healthier than the original McDonald's breading. Keep in mind all these suggestions will change the macros and calories a bit since coconut is quite a healthy front runner. Fit Couple Cooks, you two are ah-may-Zing. With a capital Z.
  4. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS NO BAKE PROTEIN BARS

  6. Can you buy that fandango steamer on-line? Or would you know what home good stores carry it?
  7. The fish sandwich looks great. My only question is can I substitute the shredded coconut with something else cause I'm not a big fan of coconut.
  8. How many calories does this have? Please let me know and thanks! :)
  9. What no Fries!
  10. Hi guys! Love the channel!! I'm literally binge watching your videos. I gotta couple of quick questions. I'm not a fan of gluten free bread because of the texture. Is that why you guys steamed the bun? Also, are there any alternatives to the gluten free bread?
Obviously, it's considered the healthiest option. But I've been having trouble going gluten free because I like my bread. What should I do? :(
  11. Hey guys, can you make a healthy version of a Meatloaf dish, mashed potatoes and veggies. Thanks Cant wait for the Healthy Eats!
  12. I HATE coconut. Does it taste like coconut? Also I'm surprised you haven't done a Sweet Potato Fries. I need to find a sweet potato fry recipe that actually tastes good. All the ones I've found all come out gummy and soft.
  13. Hey guys!!!!

  15. OH MY GOD. This look AMAZING! I'm drooling. Stef-- My mom LOVES to make Cincinnati Chili, but recently changed her diet to lose weight... I'm curious to see what you two would come up with as a healthier lower calorie alternative! Can't wait to see if you give this idea a try! I LOVE all your vids. I'm an avid watcher.
  16. I have never fried with coconut oil, how is it? I generally use lard for frying (I can organic lard here quite easily)
