1. Good for you, it's important to self examine your body when you take your shower. My wife had breastcancer and she was slow in checking her breasts, only when the doctor refused to renew her prescription did she   go for a breast exam and guess what?She had developed cancer.
   When I saw she didn't do self exams I did them in bed. she survived and is now a seven year cancer free survivor.
