1st-year Michigan Head Coach Bo Schembechler leads his underdog Wolverines to one of the biggest upsets in college football history over #1 Ohio State University, the defending national champs. Michigan 24 Ohio State 12. The beginning of the 10-Year-War between Bo and OSU's Woody Hayes. Played in the Big House prior to the 106th meeting between the two teams, November 21, 2009.

1. Still my favorite Michigan-Ohio game of all time. You'd have to understand the circumstances of the era with only one team allowed to go to a bowl game, and especially what the senior class had gone through at Columbus the year before. Hail to Don Morehead, Jim Mandich, Barry Pearson and all the seniors for thoroughly outplaying "the college team of the century."
