Shame on Sharktank !! this is a total scam ! I too ordered my free sample Ha, (which caused me to have pimples and eye irritation)so I emailed them about the problem thinking they would appreciate knowing this could happen. Only to be billed short time later for a month supply which I never ordered nor recieved . When I called the company after they drew 89.98 dollars 2 times,( one payment,they say, was declined,even though I had plenty of money in my account to cover it ????) from my bank account. I explained that I did not order any recurring product I was told that the SAMPLE was the product. WHAT???and that I owed for it and in fact they said one of the bills had not been paid and it was going to go to collection. WHAT??? I asked to speak to a supevisor and was told that they would say the same thing, and she did. I can't believe that this sort of thing can go on. I will call my newspaper and the city attorney, the chamber of commerce and any one else that I hope will warn them so they are not caught up in this scam. the only reason I ordered my" free sample" is because I trusted the shark people . dumb me > By the way I am 88 years old and not senile . Maybe a little to trusting .

the product is not ligit, they say free sample just pay shipping and after they sent 1st one they charged me over $500 once every 4 days until I caught and protested with my bank. They now say I authorized the excess charges which I never did --don't believe it they don't even send you the eye creme...they send some lotions in little tiny containers...THIS IS BULL AND WAS PROBABLY NEVER ON SHARK TANK
This is such a scam, many complaint sites are full of complaints also. I bought the two products (Premium Skin is the brand, but the website i bought from did not say this and one product says it has snake venom in it, i would never have bought that!) and they have billed me 6 times (3 each for two different companies, but both products say premium brand) and I'm in now for $360!! I did a fraud report with the bank and hoping it helps. I did NOT order from a site that said I would be auto billed or in auto ship but when you call to complain they refer you to a site that DOES say if you don't cancel you will be billed monthly. It is not the same site I am sure. These scammers need sent up! We American people will not stand for this sort of thing. who do we contact??
This is a Rip Off I recommend you stay away, a family member ordered this not only did it not work she apparently did not read the fine print so a $4.99 shipping charge turned into another $90 dollar scam for a tiny jar of junk!
my bank declined the charges and will cancel my card for a new one. wow this is the first time I fell for the BS.
total lies....never happened on shark tank and doctored photos.....beware of these scammers
