Monster Fitness 210 Insane Push Ups 1-24-2013



Check out my channel monster4fitness for more workout videos. monster4fitness: Today is Thursday 1-24-2013 To me this is an awesome day because I broke my own personal PUSH UPS RECORD. I have a video in my other channel where I do 190 Push Ups Non Stop. Today 1-24-2013 I did 210 Push Ups and here is my proof. I set up my IPod with a Michael Jackson Billie Jean Video I was listening to while doing the push ups and my cute wife Decibel let me use her IPod which I put it beside mine with a Chronometer ON taking my time. I was also counting my push ups out-loud to help viewers count. I was a little nervous before recording this video, I really did not think I would be able to reach 200 and to my surprise I did 210, I did 10 extra because I thought I lost count but I did not. I am 36 years old now, I am proud of what I did today, I just beat my younger-self Push Ups Record. I actually felt like I could do more, I will try a higher number next time and I will post it. Thank you everyone for watching monster4fitness. If you want to get better on your Bench Press take this advice from me. Do 5 SETS of 100 PUSH UPS every day 7 days a week. That's 500 total push ups a day, in a week that is 3,500 Push Ups. You don't have to do the 5 sets one after another, you spread the 5 sets throughout the day, for example 1st Set of a 100 Push Ups in the morning, 2nd Set at mid-day, 3rd Set around 2PM, 4th Set around 3PM, and the 5th Set around 6 or 7PM. Just get all the SETS done before you go to sleep. If you can't do 100 Push Ups in one set yet then do your maximum number of push ups 5 SETS a day for 7 days and then every week raise 5 more push ups repetitions in every set. You will be surprised on how you will be able to Bench Press a lot more. Also training your Triceps will help on your Bench Press and your Push Ups.   6. Crazy. I can do maybe 22 absolutely perfect pushups max and then its gameover for my atp. Impressive workout and you bumped it out in 8 min. How it should be if it's intense enough

  16. A real push up is going down all the way. That means knees, hips, chest, and chin to the floor before coming up. Now see how many you can do.
  17. hi this is amazing but in the first week l did my max push ups 27 5 sets a day every day and on week two l should do 5 sets of 32 push but l cant what is happening you said it will work but l still can do 27 pls answer
