For the purpose of this record, a pull-up is defined as such that the body must remain straight throughout, i.e. no bending at the waist. The body must hang limply before attempting the first pull up and must be raised until the chin is raised above the level of the bar. The body is then lowered until the arms are straight. The above comprises one pull up. Welcome to the official Guinness World Records YouTube channel! 5. iam 14 ,I can 20 , in two years I will beat this record
  6. How come they never include the person's weight ? Yes if you're only 4 8" and weigh 100-120 lb sure you can do 50 . What about the average weight height person that's around 190 lb ? They should be calculating the reps and dividing them by the person's weight . I wonder how many he could do with 80lb weight on his back . I weight 190 lb and could do 25 without releasing the bar , taking a break . or increasing my heart rate above 110 beats per minute . I'm sure I can do much more if I took a break and relaxed my hands in between . 190 x25 =4750 lb pulled
    vs 110 lbs x 43= only 4730 lbs pulled with taking a rest .
  7. This record was actually beaten
  8. this guy is a monster for pull ups,no doubt about it.but check out ivan kajtaz doing 40 pull ups in 47sec without going off the bar.imo thats a bit more impressive.go check it out if you want

  19. ill take benching 315 and deadlifting 600 over being able to do a ton of pullups especially when theres guys who can deadlift over 1000 and eddie hall could deadlift 1200 or 1300 pounds in his lifetime and this guy prob cant do 550 making his back less than half as strong as the strongest men on earth
