  1. My biggest mistake was thinking weight mattered more than form. So when i finally wanted to get the best form in the world, i felt weak because I had to lift a lot less. But NOW I'm as strong as ever with amazing form

  3. Even tho u resigned from ur postion. Can and will u continue to train at supertraining?
  4. as far as the mentality of training submaximally , I think of it as training dynamic effort, not like I'm lowering the weight for repetitive effort , in other words , even though I'm taking weight off the bar, Im INCREASING bar speed , thus setting a PR of sorts , really helps with the mental aspect, anyone else do that??

    Training volume/frequency/intensity > stretching, eating, sleeping.

  15. Hey mike, Iknow that you're so big now that you're probably not gonna be able to answer but i'll ask any way - I thought you liked the conjugate method? Wchich is literally always testing and reaching for pr's every time or am I getting something wrong here
  16. Question, I been hitting bench 275 4x2 last couple weeks, but im barely getting those 2 reps, not paused reps, would you suggest I go down in weight and work on paused reps to get stronger? Feeling lie I'm stuck a little
  17. Hey Mike could you talk about how to set a program around the big lifts for a novice lifter? for someone who has some training experience but never got really strong(can't bench more than 2 plates, squats 3 plates and pull 4 plates)
