1. the Orion XTR 2500.1 amp puts out 6800 Watts at 1.ohm
   and is much smaller in size so this amp is not impressive at all.

8. real 1/0-0gauge wire as short as that (it seemed under 10ft) was should've been able to handle atleast a couple thousand amps for that length of Time. Google the voltage drop equation. VD= 2kli/cm . that'll tell you how much amperage that wire can handle at a given length. also that battery bank probably cant put out the amperage as fast as that amp is trying to pull it.

15. It's been said that giraffes have long necks in order to reach things. When I Bob for apples I always wish I had more reach. Which reminds me of a time in the 6th grade when I ate black licorice untill I was peeing black. Tomorrow I am getting fitted for a proper helmet. For everyday use.
16. The battery voltage dropping and the voltage drop in the power cables are the big limiter. Also with the dc to dc converter in the amplifier itself, the ripple current through those decoupling caps will be enormous, and heat can build up rather quickly in caps and they will go pop, if amp is driven to full power and sustained for any considerable length of time using a signal generator for example.
