  10. follow rich pianas advice. food is better than shakes. eat real food. now to add to that how much real food can u eat? after uve eaten as much as u can, drink a shake on top of it, then thats extra. ive still made gains from "weight gainer shakes but if u just get the whey protein and then eat 4 or 5 solid food meals a day and either fit them low calorie shakes in somewhere, u avoid a bunch of processed crap that way and u can load up on carbs still with sweet potatoes and rice, man just let ur junk food like pizza be ur weight gainer.

  14. WHEN I WAS 14 years old man i used be BEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASTTTTTTTT. FORGET THOSE SUPPLEMENTS THROW THOSE HONEY BUNS IN THE TRASH AND CONSUME HEALTHY FOOD ONCE NO EVERY SINGLE MINUTE EVERY DAY LIKE 🍎 AND MILK BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT STRONG ON THE INSIDE YOU'RE NOT STRONG AT ALL .

  18. if you are around 15 or 14 and wanna get some protein, try and consume natural protein such as egg white, peanut butter, meat (chicken, beef, fish) and another product to look for is protein milk its great for when you want to have cereal or just drink a cup of milk you get that extra protein.
