I think that Shaun is just a little shy when dealing with confrontation and can't find a way to say "no" or "we're working on that", his mind may be wandering a little too far whilst in the interviews, and answers questions to what he wants the game to be in the near future, rather than its current state. The game is getting quite a lot of hate due to the overhype when Shaun may have gotten carried away, but in my personal opinion, it is a wonderful game with lots of potential.

3. Something they need to fix and things they need to add. They need to make Warp Reactors easier to find, and they need to add a crouch ability and add a purpose to the "ONLINE SERVICES" at the bottom of the log (pause) screen

    Then again, Sean says himself that he doesn't even know what is out there, maybe the dev team screwed up the procedural generation, it's not like you can count the number of planets.
