That's what it took for Seattle's Ricky Brown, also known as NoClue, to break the Guinness Book of World Records' Fastest Rapper title on January 15th, 2005. To become the fastest rapper on the planet, NoClue rapped at a tongue-numbing clip of 14.1 syllables per second. NoClue grew up in the Rainier Vista of Seattle, known as the Central District. Gaining studio experience by following his grandfather, (a member of The Singing Galations), NoClue began writing his first lyrics at the young age of 9. He would record in their studio every other Sunday. The name, NoClue, derives from the fact that the world has 'no clue' what kind of impact he is about to bring. Not only is NoClue talented, but also his ambition for stardom really became apparent in 2004, when he was 19. That is when he set out on his quest to become the world's fastest rap artist. Upon discovering the Guinness Book of World Records' Fastest Rap Artist category, NoClue determined it was an opportunity to achieve his dream of stardom. On January 15th, 2005, at Seattle's B&G Studios, Ricky Brown delivered the winning verse that crowned him the Guinness Book of World Records' Fastest Rap Artist.
